I went to my PCP specialist and no one told me I had frozen shoulder. They wanted me to go to therapy do all kind of different things but not one medical doctor I saw said you know what this might be frozen shoulder. They knew my age and knew I was in perimenopause and not once said frozen shoulder.😳

Sis I ignored it for months no one told me it’s linked to menopause. It got worse and worse to the point when I could not even put a T-shirt on. Thankfully all good now but what a journey

I had that last year. Went to PT for about six months. The shoulder and neck pain was horrible. I even had x-rays and MRI to check to see what was going on. But I’ve been ok FOR NOW for about 8 months.
