For those who don’t understand, once a vehicle is fully loaded on the bed, it’s legally in the tow company's custody and a massive safety liability to let people climb up and grab things. On top of that, she literally told him on camera “this isn't even ours” and NO driver is risking getting fired or sued to let an unverified non-owner rummage through a vehicle. The man is just working a 9-to-5 following strict safety tracking, he doesn’t make the laws. If she needs her stuff, she has to go to the impound yard with ID like everyone else.
