Okay girl I tried to find a video that wasn’t flooded with a ton of comments about what to do with your freaking skin from people who have no idea what real acne is like. It took me until I was 31 to get it under control and I wanted to give you my advice for helping the actual pimples. You have to get a prescription. When you have acne like us all the over the counter shit just doesn’t work. I know your picking is OCD so not entirely talking about that. But a sulfur face wash is a fucking GAME CHANGER. My dermatologist gave me clindamyacin facial swabs to start, a sulfur face wash, and tretinoin. Takes a little while to fully work but my skin is 50000x better. And if you don’t have insurance I went through sesame online dermatologist for a subscription pay monthly for $39 I think ? I know trying all the over the counter stuff is easier but I promise you give the dermatologist shit a shot. Changed my life!
