Thats night crew! When you have a night off, it doesn't feel like a night off,because on your night off you worked that day in the morning. After 10 years I still wake up and ask Google, "what day is it?"

You just have to treat it like a normal day shift go to work at 9pm finish 6am that's your shift done it doesn't matter that it crosses over to the next day just work that shift .. I've been on permanent nights since 1993 5 nights a week Sunday to Thursday and I've never thought about the going to work twice in same day I just go back to work for my next shift 🤷‍♂️

I did it for over 25 yrs ..it will definitely be a lifestyle. I also worked 17 yrs on day shift but night shift was my thing . Now retired and happy with the career I had 😊❌☢️😎

yesterday is still today, and today is already tomorrow, but it wont be tomorrow until i sleep and wake up, which will actually be today not tomorrow even though it is tomorrow morning. hope this helps clear things up👍
