Told a man he was having a temper tantrum, he asked to speak to the manager 👀 it WAS ME and I told him he was speaking to the manager. He said he was going to have my job, told him he was welcome to try, showed him where he could complain and gave him my name. When he called us later I told him “Sir I gave you my name, it’s BRE.” Gave him a refund bc he refused to move forward, even though I told him it was less than 60 seconds for nuggets🙃
