I think a performance RX with a 4 cylinder could succeed because unlike the AMG there is no "pedigree" or former generation with a V8. The RX has only had 4 and 6 cylinder engines

Yeah the RX has never had a V8 so I don’t think people will care. I suspect it will also be more budget friendly than it’s competitors

the rx never had a v8 at most a v6 and most common engine was the 4 cyl so doesn't affect it to have a 4 cyl

The difference between the GL63 and this RX is that no one asked for a fast RX, so one being fast has no expectation

Copper Crest is an absolutely gorgeous color (on that lexus) but a beast to keep clean. Another N sounds great so long as they start using the new Smartstream engines and dump the Theta.
