I feel the teacher was trying to be safe with the children. It didn’t hurt them crossing a busy street or being responsible for toddlers running off and being hurt Kids are low to the ground and if they all fell , they would have been fine People look for negatives, in something that was meant to be a solution to keep the kids in check. This teacher was trying to do the safe thing.
