As a golfer who rides in golf carts weekly I want to say that being a passenger in a golf cart can be a different experience then being a passenger in one. If you are not paying attention you can be ejected out of the side very easily if your not holding on and driver makes a turn. Remember the driver knows what his next move is you don’t plus the driver is holding on to the steering wheel. Drinking aside this is very sad for all involved

she passed the next day from head trauma. he was arrested, got 364 days of probation and 6 months suspended drivers license.

Very similar situation happened in our area, except it was young girls involved. People don’t realize that golf carts are considered motor vehicles, so same rules apply as a car

Drinking and operating any type of motor vehicle could always be dangerous. I’m sure it was a complete accident they been married so long it wasn’t intentional. But it just shows how fast things can happen
