Yeah, when I realized that all of these things were making my kitten, not like me, I immediately stopped, and now I can literally not exist anywhere without her currently using the restroom. The door is wide open because I’m not allowed to have a closed door in this house anymore because of my cat daughter who is currently sitting on my shoulders, proud of herself, as can be this cat could be anywhere right now there is nothing forcing her to do this, and I adore it every moment that she does it

Or even a gentle playful nose tap will give the same result just gently tapping their nose over and over they might give you that adorable annoyed look but they’re more likely to approach you than the thing that they were doing when you do that because that’s playful interacting that is gentle and never hurts them to them. You’re there parent so don’t scare them the way an abusive parent would your cat an indoor cat will never fully grow up in their head. They will always feel as though with their kitten so remember that, and treat them as you would a kitten their entire life yelling at your cat will never be a good option being gentle and showing kindness is the best way to go out with them.
