They filed in May announced it in June. But yes there are big problems. They will never IPO as they are, hence why everyone is leaving. CNBC quoted a tweet for that headline, but does show that they are finally picking up on some things, however, they had Brockman on air just two days later and feature him as some kind of leader in their promotional material.
