And God showed me that I can influence my atmosphere by first allowing Him to transform what’s happening in my mind. The Bible says that setting your mind on the flesh is death, but setting your mind on the Spirit is life and peace. So I keep the Word before me. In my Bible app. In my physical Bible. In conversations with my family. Everywhere I can. Because whatever you’re constantly filling yourself with is eventually going to come out of you. When I’m full of His peace, I have peace to give. When I’m full of His joy, I have joy to give. When I’m full of His Word, I have truth to speak into my circumstances. You can’t give what you don’t have.
