Look at the car position! Obviously car at fault. The car is not keeping in the lane. Most left turn to the most left unless a big bus or lorry need to “borrow lane”. This is called “lane discipline”.

the main problem is that buses as in outer lane when turn, it tends to eat up 1 and half lane which ended it's rear banging onto other behind vehicles lah... LTA faults flr such design on roads n bus routes lah. it's never ending ding story for such accidents.
