i understand they were drinking and driving but the officer said they didn't hit anything. what was the accident? how did the wife get hurt? .... if she fell off he didn't really murder her. im confused. did I miss it say what actually happened to her?

People keep saying NO JAIL?! I understand she passed away which is awful but the video I saw after this one confirmed he actually wasn't over the legal limit and he wasn't going over 15mph. I think the death of his wife is punishment enough considering it was an accident. 💔

Does this not fall under the category of vehicular homicide? Like she died, whether or not he had the intention to do that still happened under the influence people should be helped more accountable.

I know it seems like a light sentence, but it should be made clear, he did not have a wreck. He did not hit anything. She fell out of the cart. His drinking and his driving had nothing to do with her death. Her drinking and falling out of the golf cart might have.

sober people have accidents all the time so we're automatically going to blame somebody because they had a drink, we're not going to investigate the actions and what occurred .. If she fell out it was an accident.. she probably fell asleep..
