@primetrain: **BLIND RANKING THE BEST TRAINING SPLITS 💪** People massively overcomplicate training splits. The best split isn’t the one that looks coolest on paper. It’s the one that lets you train hard, hit enough quality volume, recover properly and actually stay consistent. 🥇 **Upper / Lower / Push / Pull / Legs — 5 days** My favourite if building muscle is the main goal. Plenty of volume, good frequency and enough recovery without living in the gym. 🥈 **Push / Pull / Legs / Full Body — 4 days** Elite option. Three focused sessions, then a full-body day to hit everything again. 🥉 **Upper / Lower x2 — 4 days** Probably all most people need. Simple, balanced and gives you heaps of recovery. 4️⃣ **Full Body x3 — 3 days** Massively underrated. If you’re busy, this is one of the best ways to still hit everything multiple times each week. 5️⃣ **Push / Pull / Legs x2 — 6 days** It works, but six days is a lot if you’re genuinely training hard. Recovery becomes the issue. 6️⃣ **Arnold Split x2 — 6 days** Great sessions, but again, six days is a big commitment and probably unnecessary for most people. 7️⃣ **Bro Split — 5 days** It can absolutely build muscle, but smashing one muscle with heaps of volume then waiting a full week to train it again isn’t how I’d personally structure things. The big thing though… Your split matters WAY less than: 📈 Progressive overload 🔥 Hard working sets 🎯 Quality volume 😴 Proper recovery 🤝 Consistency You can build muscle on almost any split if those things are dialled in. What split are you running right now? 👇
