I accepted defeat yesterday & moved 1300 miles back to my hometown after almost a decade away. I am 7 months pregnant with my first & probably only baby. Alone. Scared. This time last year, I thought I was with my soulmate. I have never been move terrified.

A year ago, I was extremely depressed but functioning. Nobody understands what it feels like to grieve a life you visioned or dreamed. But today.. I have hope. I am listening to God more, trusting and actually seeing Him. Take that step out, take that risk, take that path. Do it!!!

A year ago I was heartbroken picking up the pieces starting my weight loss journey , therapy and putting feelers out for school. Now a year later I’m a licensed phlebotomist with a new career and I’m living with a new man and graduated from therapy with a 100 pounds lost. Keep going it gets better 🥹💜
