I seen some leaves on the ground earlier so that means SOUP SZN is upon us!! ⬇️RECIPE BELOW ⬇️ Cheddar Broccoli Chicken Soup 🥦🧀🍲 Ingredients: • 1 stick garlic & herb butter • 1 onion, diced • 2 tbsp minced garlic • ¼ cup flour • 1 (48 oz) chicken broth + 1 can chicken broth • 1 tbsp better than bouillon • 2 heads broccoli, chopped OR 2 bags frozen broccoli • 1 bag shredded carrots • 16 oz sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded • Heavy whipping cream maybe 1/2 cup 😅 • Shredded cooked chicken • Seasonings: Slap Ya Mama, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Dan-O’s OG, Dash Onion & Herb, Dash Garlic & Herb, oregano, salt & pepper • Garlic bread, for dipping 🥖 Directions: Sauté diced onion until softened. Add garlic & herb butter and let it melt, then stir in flour to make a roux. Slowly pour in chicken broth while stirring, then add Better Than Bouillon and seasonings. Add broccoli & carrots and cook until tender. Stir in heavy cream, then add shredded cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Add shredded chicken last and season to taste.
