LET ME TELLL YOUUUU... I scheduled an appointment last year na mag renew 2nd time and guess wut andami nilang ni required kasiii di masyado clear yung NSO ko (ok understandable) tas nag ask ako bakit nung 1st time na nag renew yung mama ko ng passport (minor pa ko nun) walang gantong problema tas reply nila kasi manual daw yung pag process if digital daw hindi na sana ganto kadami requirements this time. Mind youuu, isa sa mga requirement is yung live birth keneme na kunin ko dapat sa Antipolo which is my birth place plusss taga Cebu ako😭😭😭

This should also be looked into. Sana ma-review yung mga DFA personnel na nagpapabalik-balik ng applicants dahil kung anu-anong requirements ang hinihingi kada punta. Applicants already spend time, money, and effort to comply. Dapat consistent ang information at malinaw ang requirements from the beginning. Hindi dapat nasasayang ang oras ng applicants dahil sa kakulangan o inconsistency sa instructions ng staff.
