I believe the first one is manslaughter not murder, because in order to be charged or convicted of murder you need to have intention to cause GBH or murder and I don’t believe getting into a fight and punching someone would meet the threshold of intending to cause GBH, it would just be reckless to the fact that a punch or fight could result in death making it manslaughter.

In Poland not saving someone's life in need is a crime, the exception being if it puts you at risk. So if someone is in a burning building you have no obligation to help them but if they dropped their epipen and you just ignore them you can be held liable
