Browkies – No Butter, No Mixer, Super Easy • 1 egg • ¼ cup sugar (50g) • 1 tsp liquid vanilla • ½ cup vegetable oil (sunflower) – 80ml • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder • 1 cup cornstarch – 80g • 1 tsp baking powder (about 4g) • 1 cup all-purpose flour (start with 100g and add more if needed to form a dough) • Chocolate chips (as much as you like) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix the egg, sugar, vanilla, oil, and cocoa powder. 2. Add the cornstarch, flour, and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms. 3. Shape into cookies and place on an oven rack lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space between them as they puff up. 4.
