Since no one is actually listening, this is a single lash technique (as stated in the video). This method doesn’t require isolation! Used a lot in Asia and is slowly being introduced to the U.S. Please research before assuming she’s lashing it incorrectly.

Single tweezer technique does not mean there’s no isolation, it only works on certain clients based on their natural lash density, as she uses one hand to lift the eyelid she’s able to place a single extension to a single natural lash
