No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake 🌰🍫 Ingredients: For the Base: * 400g chocolate biscuits * 160g melted butter Cheesecake Filling * 400g cream cheese * 200ml double cream * 1 tbsp icing sugar * 3 tbsp condensed milk * Seeds of ½ vanilla pod Chocolate Layer * 100g chocolate * 100ml single cream * 10g butter Chocolate Topping * 100g chocolate * 150ml single cream * 15g butter Decoration * Hazelnuts and crushed biscuits Instructions: 1. Mix crushed biscuits with melted butter. Press into a 20–22cm tin and chill. 2. Pour hot cream over chocolate, leave 1 minute, then stir smooth. Add butter and chill for 2 hours. 3. Whip the chilled ganache until fluffy. Spread over the base and sprinkle with hazelnuts. 4. Beat cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla until smooth. Mix in condensed milk. 5. Whip the double cream to stiff peaks and fold into the cream cheese mixture. 6. Spread over the chocolate layer. Chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. 7. For the topping, pour hot cream over chocolate, leave 1 minute, then stir smooth. Add butter and cool slightly. 8. Pour over the cheesecake and chill for 2–4 hours until set. 9.
