@xxxopurple_: 💔🤬 WALLY WAS KILLED BEFORE HIS 72-HOUR DEADLINE. I’m sharing Wally because people need to SEE what he endured and how badly he was failed. He was only 3 years old, had barely been in the shelter two weeks, and was given a 72-hour notice—yet Palmdale ACS euthanized him BEFORE that deadline had even arrived. A rescue was reportedly about to tag him. He was so close to getting his second chance. And then it was too late. 💔 People failed Wally before he entered the shelter. Then he was failed again when he needed us most. This should make us angry. This should break our hearts. And most importantly, this should make us demand better. THEY LET WALLY BECOME JUST ANOTHER NUMBER. HE IS A LIFE. HE MATTERS! They cannot speak for themselves. We have to speak for them. We have to protect them. We have to do better! 💔 RIP Wally.
