Trapped in Carcer City—The Director: Cash wakes up somewhere in Carcer City and hears a voice through an earpiece addressing itself as "The Director" (Lionel Starkweather). A Deadly Game: The Director forces Cash to kill various members of brutal gangs roaming the abandoned city. These killings are recorded via CCTV cameras for the Director's own gratification and commercial gain. The Objective: Cash is promised his freedom if he successfully survives every level of the slaughter. Climax and Ending—Hostage Situation: The situation escalates when the Wardogs gang kidnaps Cash's family members. Revenge: Instead of fully submitting, Cash fights back and turns the tables, hunting down those who entrapped him.
