My concern is why the HM is visiting at a time like this. He knows the public needs support. As the Home Minister, his priority should be helping people rather than making visits like a mayor or village president. Just my opinion.

He is home minister, not god. He can't forsee natural disasters or can't stop one. He tried and gave his full effort to minimize causalities and damage. You cannot force your emotions and guilt him of something he can't control. Everyone has lost someone close to them, during this hard time we should support and help each other, and not blame other to take responsibility.
