Sue, because when you leave crap by accident, they know and could put it back on your card but don't. If you steal they keep records to build to a prosecution limits where they can lock you up. Facial recognition hell yeah they can and they know it.

If you purchase everything, let them look at the receipt show them that everything is there that you paid for and then after they let you go, you go right to the customer service desk and return everything and then take your money somewhere else
