@victor_awowo: I came across a video of a young boy whose father was killed by Boko Haram, and honestly, that video stayed with me. 💔 I couldn’t stop thinking about what insecurity has done to so many families. Behind every statistic is a human being. A child who lost a father. A mother who lost a son. A family that lost its breadwinner. A sister who lost a brother. A loved one whose life was changed forever. It may not strike a chord with you because you have not had to walk in the shoes of these victims—and for that, we thank God. But we must never become so comfortable that we forget the pain of those who have suffered. The consequences of insecurity are not just numbers on a screen. They are empty chairs at dinner tables, broken families, unanswered questions, and children growing up with memories they never asked for. And this is why I am saying this: Please, when the time comes, vote with your conscience. 🇳🇬 Look beyond party colours. Look beyond promises. Look beyond personal interests. Think about the Nigeria we are leaving for our children. We need a nation where people can live, work, raise their families and sleep peacefully without fear. We need a better Nigeria.
