In 2022 I travelled to Dubai with an Active @mtnng Sim card linked to my @AccessBank account, all those while I was crediting the Access bank account and got a total of 3million Naira, which I later make a transaction and was left with 2 million Naira, I did receive credit and debit alerts, in November, December 2023 I did a last transaction of 50k and 100k transfer to my brother, in the morning I discovered that i was unable to use my Ussd code so I thought for some reasons my account was blocked due to my level of transactions, so I decided to take it up from there and be saving money without withdrawals from 2023 till 2026. In 2024 I contacted the Bank to see if I can know the state of my account but I never had the complete documentation which was requested of me. In 2025 and 2026 I reached out to them again to know my account balance which I was told it can't be disclosed to me and ask me some confidential questions which I did respond to, They sent me forms to fill and ask what I want them to do I told them I wanted to upgrade my account and add my Dubai number and Email address because I no longer have access to the phone number linked with my bank account. I was requested to bring a current Utility bill not older than 3months which I wasn't having at the time and asked if I can use the utility bill of UAE but they said it's impossible. l I brought the requested Nigeria utilities bills and sent it to them via email for an upgrade, I never got a response back from them to let me know if my account was upgraded, phone number added or Email address added, i went to the bank on Monday after arriving from Dubai only to find out that all my money is gone. 3 million Naira is gone from my Access bank, I was told in 2025 a Ussd transaction was carried out from my account which I never authorized and I have informed them that I won't be doing any transactions, because I don't have that access to the Sim. and gave them the number and Email to add for me I never got response back after my account was upgraded. Please all I want is my money back. access bank give me my money back.
