i'm pretty sure we can get the FBI to help build a case of pattern and practice across state lines of civil harassment. I've seen them chasing people down with mace. That means they've gone to these places with the intention of agitating people to the point of macing them. that is intentional. Got to get the FBI on this. If it was just a few cases, it could say first amendment and now there's like dozens of cases or they're macing in and stalking people. I'm pretty sure these people end up behind bars at some point.
