For a years I thought getting results meant doing more.... More cardio, more sessions, just push harder 😅 And every time, it played out the same way. I’d be consistent for a couple of week, then fall off What I didn’t realise back then is that the approach is exactly why it never lasted Because when your training is built around doing more, it usually ends up looking like this👇🏼 ❌ Relying on cardio instead of building shape ❌ Going into sessions with no real structure ❌ Leaving tired, but not actually progressing ❌ Not getting stronger week to week ❌ Losing consistency and starting again ❌ Thinking your body just doesn’t respond So I changed how I trained...I stopped trying to do more and started doing the right things consistently! ✅ training 4x a week ✅ focusing on getting stronger ✅ keeping it structured enough to repeat Which meant I was building shape, actually seeing progress week to week and not falling off every time life got busy 🤝
