For those who haven't seen this, he was charged with felony battery and fired. He avoided jail by completing a diversion program. This was from 2021 and there was an officer who pulled him off of her. You don't see it here. You also don't see her in tears worried about losing her job.

The young female officer appears to be a person of integrity. She did the right thing trying to diffuse the situation and the sergeant should have never put his hands on the female officer.
