Circumstantial evidence, on the news immediately following the murders of those poor babies explicitly stated that Mr Sullivan’s son called him at ten to 6pm stating he saw Lindsay Clancy lying in the snow. That directly leaves 19 minutes up for speculation as to what happened in between the time Patrick called 911.
