@showcasingchicago: Chicago has decided to bring back a weather predictor since Tom Skilling has retired and weather reports aren’t as reliable anymore. Tom was our city’s version of Noah. If he told us it was going to rain it was as if GOD assured him of it personally before anyone else was privy to the information. The Weather Bell wasn’t as accurate but Chicagoans are hoping modern technology can ensure we’re probably warned when we should wear a coat or when to buy an umbrella.
