I always look for a wider base because it gives more space and feels way more stable during workouts. It’s Surprisingly Quiet: Noticeably quieter than my old plate, which is a huge plus. 3D Motion & Foot Texture: It moves in multiple directions instead of just up and down, and the surface has raised acupressure points that stimulate the soles of your feet while you stand on it. The Setup: It comes with resistance bands and Bluetooth. You know I prefer using my own dumbbells on the plate, but having the bands included is a nice extra option.
