I don’t have have a disability but couldn’t imagine taking transit in Toronto these days. Years ago, I did, from Hamilton I had a side job in Toronto. Not today, poor guy 😩 completely discouraged for the future now.

York Region fare inspectors did this to a black woman and she paid on her presto, she tried to show them, they assaulted her, that happened last year too. This one was a black guy that they did that too.

whether he paid or not, if hes not avoiding or running from arrest, there is no reason for them being so excessive over just a fare. it is not that deep and wont ever be. i know many bus drivers who will let me on if i really cant afford it. some people really need to calm down and realize its not that serious

this is my biggest fear for my son whos intellectually delayed. hes 19 but mentally 6 years old. he looks "normal" and alot of times people assume hes functioning at the age he looks.

My dad worked for t t c.He's retired from there and he was told over and over again if people don't pay the fare, leave them alone because it's not worth your life, because people will take your life over some comment possibly in toronto. The abuse the drivers get. They shouldn't be interrogating people like that. There's no way that the t t c allows that at least if it was the t.T c
