@persecondnews.ng: Suspected cassava flour poisoning has killed four people and a dog in Kogi State, with several others hospitalised after consuming meals made from locally processed amala. The state government, alongside WHO officials and agriculture experts, have launched an investigation and collected food and water samples for toxicological analysis as authorities warn residents to exercise caution over cassava processing and food preparation.
