Synlecto | Study Guides :
Putting slides beside your own words is the smart part. After class, close OneNote and answer three questions from memory; reopen only the gaps.

Your an angel because I loved one note but did not know about the PowerPoint option so I panicked for second year. I hope both of your pillows are crisp cold, you find random money everywhere, and all your manifestations come true

Download the PowerPoint, upload to one note, take Apple Pencil notes next to slides, and highlight voila! And one note is free when the uni gives you access to Microsoft and one drive 😏

i was lucky enough to get my ADHD diagnosis during first year so for all of second i have had a note taker sit in my lectures and make the notes for me so that i can give my full attention to the teacher rather than trying to multitask and inevitably getting nothing leant

THIS. also. I find for writing essays is to actually have notes from readings on excel. especially for essays that are on very specific topics where there is not too many different sources. colour code themes and topics within sources. makes writing an essay a lot quicker once u start

I love onenote and have used it for my first 2 years so far, but I just got an android tablet to write notes on and I realized the onenote app is so limited compared to on windows. I hope Microsoft fixes this one day

I also use onenote, what I do is pre-lecture notes but with a twist. Sure i have the slides to the sides but I made detailed notes that combine the slides but mostly extra reading/textbooks, with after the lecture I put in what was new into the notes
