Actually, there's no contradiction. Deuteronomy 28:63 uses the word 'delight' in a judicial sense, meaning God will certainly carry out judgment, not that He enjoys it emotionally. Ezekiel 18:32 reveals God's heart — He takes no pleasure in anyone's death. Same God, two different perspectives. Justice and mercy coexist. Even 2 Peter 3:9 confirms God is patient, not wanting anyone to perish.
