I work for two non profits and there are plenty of people that use our resources that are not “desperate” but everyone that chooses to use them gets them I’m telling you we get funding based on numbers so the more people that use them we get compensated more. I’m not defending his behavior I’m just saying who cares that’s how he’s acquiring his stuff it’s not that big of a deal. No one is losing out because of him
