Some things I’ve noticed 1- keep the elbows pointed outwards to straighten the clavicles 2- detach the head from the body and let your airways open as much as possible 3- don’t just rotate your pelvis forward, instead stack the ribcage on top and use the diaphragm to breathe 4- take up space, let your bones and muscles be loose and let yourself breathe and move as much as you want 5- the ribcage is just as important as your pelvis, its rotation determines how easily you can breathe, and how useful your maxilla is
