Bro thought he cooked with that math 💀. If 30:01 was actually 30:010 and 29:99 was 29:990, the distance is still 0.010 for both. But if 30:01 was rounded up from 30:006, then the guy on the left actually won. Adding digits doesn't automatically favor one side.

This timer uses rounded calculations so technically 29.99 can be greater than or equal to 29.985 and less than 29.995 and 30.01 can be greater than or equal to 30.005 and less than 30.015 both have the same range of possible values so there is a 50% chance that 29.99 is closer and a 50% chance that 30.01 is closer
