We here in BROOKLYN ( best pizza in the world) would NEVER do this!!!!!!!! Dab with a napkin and DONT take all the grease off!!!!

In England we get a little plastic thing in the middle of the pizza. Looks like a table from a dolls house.it’s to keep the toppings from touching the top of the box.I’ll have to remember to take it out first 😀
