Is there a huge gap in the regulation around these prediction markets? Traditionally you have regulated markets / exchanges and OTC markets and in the UK, the Gambling Commission and FCA regulate betting related activities. Is it becoming the Wild West esp in the USA? Sadly we only have to look at how hedge funds have operated and made fortunes in times of disaster and war.
