Nothing wrong with honest profit the BIG issue is the deception the finance manage does “oh it’s only $30 more” BS they try to add on 5-10k of backend products without disclosing the added cost….. that’s the issue…

Had a dealer explain this to me and he got me financed with global lending at the same rate my bank had. When he explained it this way I said sure. I still refi back to my bank after the fact but hey he was honest with it

We like to get paid that night! If you pay cash we have to wait for your check to clear! If you go through a credit union we don’t want to be slow paid by them! If you finance we get paid electronically that night the money is in the bank. That’s our reason.
