Same goes with my Quartet. We perform for Weddings and Special Events. We are also a contract base. There have been times Bride and Groom don't read the contract fully. It is mentioned within our contracts that we are needing a meal if you want us to play later within the reception. Bridezilla REFUSED to uphold it and our Viola player had to be escorted by ambulance due to low blood sugar. We sent her the hospital bill along with a copy of her signed contract with us.

We charge 50.00 a minute when people are over time. It’s amazing what that clause does for ending events on time 😉

I would add to the contract that anything over x-time incurs a $100 charge and it is $50/minute after that

What would she say if she was trying to get into a room & she was being told that she couldn't enter on time. She would be very upset like the customers due into this room in 30min, so her party is being moved out of room. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Omg i hated when weddings wanted to add extra time 😭. It was an Art Museum so I would be daily security from 8-5pm then 5pm-11pm wedding why are you trying to add on an extra two hours day of? 😭 It takes almost two hours for break down. Sometimes i left at 3am. Since it is only one event. It didn’t really matter if there was a secondary event because there wasn’t going to be, but yes, they would allow them to extend the cost of about $3000 an hour.

Flipping a whole room in less than 2 hours? Booking problem really. Also a clause that 15 min overage is $500 per incident. Customer is being rude but I would assume this would happen as a professional event planner
