One guy hung up on me and then called back and had to leave 3 messages bc it kept cutting him off. It was really impressive. Someone higher up ended up telling him that if our conversation was anything like theirs, no wonder we had trouble communicating 😁

A patient once called me rude so I said ‘I think you’re rude’ she didn’t like that and wanted to complain. It wasn’t too my colleague came over and asked her to step aside trying to diffuse the dilation. My colleague takes no shit and actually interrupted her and said ‘sorry but you are being rude’ 😂😂 then she was like oh okay sorry😂🙈
