I do wonder. So, I made a joke. This was 100% just a silly reference to the youth groups in 1984 and indocrination. I have had SO many people in my comments attacking me over it. First it was 'oh, clearly you haven't read 1984' and now it's like 'Why don't adults have morals'. I'm personally unbothered because I know what I believe and I cannot be assed to give a fuck. But, suspiciously, I have seen the EXACT same names spouting the EXACT sam rhetoric in my comments as yours and all the other users who have been speaking on this. MIND YOu. I made a joke and a video on worldbuilding. it's justsuspicious that around the same time that everyone has made 'this feels like indocrination/cult/grooming shit,' vides, things have died down. To be fair, I can't find the video, but the shit is really weird. Although, in my experience, I've been on servers where explicit content is banned that's been my experience.It’s sad how the whole Discord issue gets reduced to just the "anti-shipper vs. pro-shipper" debate, ignoring cases where pro-shippers are actually pedophiles. In my opinion, it goes way beyond that—it’s not just them; there are YouTubers and people in online spaces posing as kids who share inappropriate content. And this doesn't just happen once or twice—it comes up in so many damn controversies: these figures present themselves as "family-friendly" to a young audience, only to manipulate them later.
