They were doing that during Covid, especially with hair products. They were taking the product out, dumping it and filling it up with water. Somebody took those balls and filled them with crap balls.

Worked @WM years ago before,got called to the customer service desk because the workers were complaining of smelling gasoline. Little bit of investigation,they had accepted a return of a push lawnmower,someone had bought a new 1,went home put there old 1 in the box,full of gas,got that refund!!!🤦🏻‍♂️🤣
