I've experienced ppp myself (it's extremely rare Rate: Affects 0.89 to 2.6 per 1,000 births 1 to 2 out of every 1,000 women after childbirth) and he hasn't convinced me she had Post partum psychosis...the voices, all the nonsense, all the insanity doesn't go away after following the commands or acts...(if they did we wouldn't need psych wards) that's where they lost me...that and the evidence presented

People think because Reddington said something it makes it 100% fact. He’s just trying to help his client any way he can.

Any sane person could see that he knew he was losing it with the last two witnesses, who in my opinion btw - were incredible. He was getting more and more impatient with their detailed testimony and was trying to restrict them to yes and no answers when on occasion - the answers required expanding. Totally agree - the Manslaughter request was a last ditch attempt.

I’m not a lawyer and I don’t know much about the subject, but it was perfectly clear that, during the prosecution’s last witnesses, he could see his case starting to fall apart. From that point on, he started to become irritated, nervous, and erratic... It honestly seemed like he went to TikTok videos to get ideas for what to do next. Another thing that confused me — and I was also surprised that the judge didn’t call him out on it — was the way he addressed people by their first names, including calling the the prosecution attorney by her first name, while also making fun of the situation... calling Patrick “Pat”. I found it unethical and I’ve never seen anyone behave like that in any trial.

Well I just saw a comment saying Reddington has a Private investigator and is gonna send everything to the FBI so they can charge Patrick after the trial is over I’m beginning to think people are saying things and making videos to be for views

I am ignorant, so could you please explain to me I always thought manslaughter was when you were protecting yourself and you killed somebody but how does that work when she killed her three kids how would that be manslaughter?

I feel like he new the insanity plea and voices were weak and from the CW witnesses he new he wasn’t going to get them to agree with the PPP I don’t think Lindsey ever thought she had PPP I think Lindsey has known for a long time before Patrick that she was bipolar I feel like she was instructed to go for that specific mental disease ,I also think half way through this trial reddington new her insanity plea was going down hill ,until reddington seen social media and support outside the court and used innuendos about people mainly Patrick to confuse the basis inside the court and played up to the women outside court to get there support which caused major speculation .. he will walk away from this case and probably never speak to

In this day and age of social media and technology ect..does anyone really believe that the jurors have not had some exposure to what's being said? Yes the judge told them everyday don't talk about this case, don't watch anything, don't read anything ect..but how realistic is that? The chances even by accident (like overhearing 2 other people talking about it) of the jurors being tainted seems to me would be extremely high. Why would you not sequester them?

I don’t think he brought it up during his case because he didn’t actually think that. I think he was grasping at TikTok straws in hopes maybe the jurors were seeing the same theories for one final Hail Mary because it really felt like out of nowhere he was like wait it was a bad investigation 😭😭😭

I am crashing out like a damn honey badger on Threads over this. I am not an attorney but I read MA case law just to be condescending in an argument. I have fully lost my mind.

People don’t realize too, a defense attorney saying an investigation was bad happens in nearly every trial. It’s just a good catch all to cause doubt in the states theory, even if it’s really not true.
