@evanadelune: Roll call: asthmatic showgirls, where are you? 🖐️ Today's struggle was performing with a lung capacity that felt like the size of an acorn. Best believe I did it anyway 💅 When I was a young teenager I was diagnosed with exercise induced asthma... which was so confusing as all I did was exercise. It always felt embarrassing going to the back of the room during my dance exams to use my puffer, or excuse myself from change rooms to have a coughing fit outside. It was hard to make peace with this weird, inconsistent, debilitating lung condition when I was at my peak cardio fitness doing so much aerobic exercise. Nowadays - thankfully - I forget that I have it for most of the year. However, the past month it's picked up again (as it does every year around spring) and I just want to let anyone who's suffering know that they're not alone. Make sure to pack your Ventolin 🖤
