I’m only 16 turning 17 soon and had this mindset for the longest time. You need to get that confidence- I promise you that if you think to yourself that you DO have an option and you don’t have to please others it does become easier throughout time. Focus on yourself for the longest time ever. Slowly build up that mindset your options and words will be so much clearer to you. You’ve got this everyone 💕
